Overview
يهدف هذا المقال إلى تشخيص واقع السياسة السكنية في الجزائر منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا، من خلال قراءة للتجربة الجزائرية، وتتبع تطور سياستها السكنية، بمعرفة أهم الأدوات والآليات التي اعتمدتها الدولة لتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة لتسيير السكن الذي يعتبر من أهم القطاعات الاستراتيجية والحيوية، مع التطرق إلى مختلف الصيغ السكنية المعتمدة من طرف الدولة، واستخلاص أهم المشكلات التي تعاني منها السياسة السكنية وتعرقل نجاحها، وتم التوصل إلى ضرورة الإسراع في إصلاح ومراجعة سياسات القطاع والاستفادة من الدروس التي مرت بها، والتجارب الدولية الناجحة في مجال تسيير قطاع السكن.
