Overview
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تصورات المبحوثين حول واقع الروحانية في مكان العمل بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة بسكرة، ولتحقيق ذلك تم إعداد استبانة وتوزيعها على عينة الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها الروحانية في مكان العمل بأبعادها المختلفة بالكلية محل الدراسة جاءت مرتفعة، ما عدى بعد التوافق بين قيم الفرد والمؤسسة جاء متوسطا. وخلصت إلى عدة اقتراحات وفي مقدمتها أنه يجب على الإدارة أن تسعى دوما إلى تحقيق التوازن بين المهام والواجبات الوظيفية للموظفين وحاجاتهم ورغباتهم الشخصية.
