تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور ومساهمة التحول الرقمي في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، وهذا باعتبار أن التحول الرقمي أصبح ضرورة حتمية لابد منها، فالدول على اختلافها النامية والمتقدمة تسعى جاهدة لبلوغ هذه الأهداف ولعل السبيل في ذلك هو اعتمادها على التحول الرقمي، وعليه سيتم تسليط الضوء على التجربة المصرية كغيرها من الدول، وبناءا على ما تقدم تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن التحول الرقمي يعتبر قوة دافعة لتحقيق نمو مبتكر وشامل ومستدام كونه يوفر فرص العمل، يعالج الفقر، يحقق العدالة وتكافؤ الفرص بين الجنسين يحسن الصحة، يدعم التعليم والتدريب وغيرها.
