Overview
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر تطبيق أخلاقيات الأعمال في جودة الخدمات المصرفية في شركات الصرافة اليمنية العاملة في مدينة رداع والبالغ عددها (16) شركة صرافة حيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على جميع العاملين في الشركات عن طريق الحصر الشامل والبالغ عددهم (90) موظف أسترد منها (77) استمارة صالحة للتحليل، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية لتبني أخلاقيات الأعمال في جودة الخدمات المصرفية.
