تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أحكام الهدايا التي يتقاضاها الناس مقابل شفاعاتهم التي أساسها الجاه، وما يترتب عليها من أحكام، فأرشدهم إلى اتباع قواعد التشريع التي تقيد هذه الهدايا، وبينت هذه الدراسة أن الإسلام منع أخذ المال بغير حق على وجه يضر بالفرد والمجتمع، كذلك أوضحت هذه الدراسة صور الشفاعة التي نهى الشرع عن قبولها، كما أظهرت هذه الدراسة أن هناك جانبًا يجب أن يراعى في باب الشفاعة وهو درء المفسدة مقدمة على جلب المصلحة، فالنظر إلى جانب المنفعة ليس بأولى مما ينجر عنه مفاسد تنشأ وتؤول إلى عواقب محظورة، فأغلقت الشريعة هذا الباب، وسدته.
