تقديم دراسة تفصيلية لنموذج وقف ذري منجز منذ عام ١٢٦٢هـ، حيث جرت دراسة وتحليل حجة الوقف (صك الوقف)، ومعرفة تفاصيله وشروطه، وضوابطه، والمنتعفين من عوائده، ومعرفة ما كان متبعًا في دوائر الضبط الشرعية آنذاك من حيث أسلوب صياغة صكوك الوقف وشمولها على العناصر الأساس من حيث وصف العين الموقوفة، والمنتفعين وأسلوب الانتفاع والنظارة. تكمن أهمية الدراسة في أنها تقدم نموذج وقف ذُريّ كامل، والاستفادة منه في توضيح الفوارق بين الوقف الخيري (العام) وبين الوقف الذري، وتوضيح التحديات التي تكمن في إدارة وقف الذرية من حصر المستحقين وتقدير المستحقات والأنصبة وفق شروط الموقفة رحمها الله.
