Overview
قدم وزير العدل ياريف ليفين في حكومة بنيامين نتنياهو السادسة مشروع قانون أساس للكنيست يخول الأخير إلغاء أي قرار قضائي من المحكمة العليا، الأمر الذي آثار ردود أفعال وانقسامات على المستويين الشعبي والرسمي في (إسرائيل) كادت أن تؤدي إلى حرب أهلية، وانعكس أيضا على علاقات (إسرائيل) مع الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية التي رفضت إقرار هذا القانون، مما اضطر رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي إلى تعليق العمل بذلك القانون. ولأهمية هذا الحدث تم اختياره موضوعا للبحث.
