هدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء أداة لقياس سلوك المنافسة لدى عينة من تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية، تكونت عينة البحث من (١٩٠) تلميذا وتلميذة من تلاميذ الصف الثاني الثانوي تراوحت أعمارهم من (١٦-١٧)، حيث بلغ متوسط أعمارهم (١٦,٥٩) بانحراف معياري قدره (٠,٣٦) طبق عليهم مقياس سلوك المنافسة (إعداد: الباحثون)، وتم التحقق من صدق المقياس وثباته واتساقه الداخلي والاطمئنان لنتائجه والوثوق فيها، ليتكون في صورته النهائية من (٢٩) عبارة.
