Overview
تشكل الوثيقة الدستورية راس الهرم في القاعدة القانونية إذ تستمد كل القوانين شرعيتها منها، كما إنها تحدد طبيعة النظام السياسي وشكل الدولة في مجتمع ما ولها بالغ التأثير في إنشاء فلسفة الحكم، وتتأثر تلك الوثيقة بالاعتبارات السياسية والثقافية والاجتماعية وغيرها من العوامل إذ تتغير تلك الوثيقة بتغير تلك العوامل وقد هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مفهوم الدستور وطبيعة القواعد الدستورية وأساليب نشأتها. وكذلك التعرف على أنواع ومصادر تفسير الدستور والجهات المختصة بتعديله، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك لملائمة المنهج المتبع مع طبيعة موضوع البحث.
