Overview
يدرس هذا البحث ظاهرة نقدية في علم الحديث، تتمثل في تقوية الحديث بشاهد له يتفق معه في مخرجه، ويعد وجها من أوجهه، بل قد يكون علة له، أو يكون الحديث علة للشاهد أحيانا. بدأت بوادر هذه الظاهرة عند الحاكم في «المستدرك»، ثم تبعه ابن حزم وابن القطان، وآخرون، وما زالت حاضرة في أدبيات البحث الحديثي، وهي ترجع إلى خلل في اعتبار مدارات الأحاديث والانطلاق منها في الدراسة النقدية، وإلى خلل في فحص الشاهد ودرء العلل عنه قبل الاستشهاد به، وإلى منهج التجويز العقلي الذي يتطلب الاطراد في مسائل إنسانية غير مطردة، ويتحكم باختيار أحد الاحتمالات دون مستند. يحاول البحث جمع النقد الذي وجهه عدد من العلماء لهذه الظاهرة نظريا وتطبيقيا، ثم يدرس باستفاضة عينة من نماذجها عند البوصيري في كتابه «مصباح الزجاجة»، مع مقارنة أحكامه فيها بأحكام النقاد الأوائل.
