هدفت الدراسة بشكلها العام إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة إدارة المنشآت الرياضية في إنجاح النشاطات الرياضية الجامعية، حيث تناولنا في الهدف الأول الوسائل والإمكانيات الهيكلية الرياضية التي قد تساهم في تطوير الرياضة الجامعية، أما الهدف الثاني كان حول النصوص القانونية والتشريعية الحديثة المسيرة والمنظمة للرياضة الجامعية، وكدا عرض بعض الدراسات السابقة والمشابهة بموضوع بحثنا، وكذا اقتراح بعض التصورات المستقبلية التي قد تسهم في إنجاح الرياضة الجامعية، وكدا الخروج ببعض عناوين دراسات مستقبلية وفرضيات تحتاج لدراسات من طرف طلبة ومختصين في هذا المجال.
