حاولت في فقرات هذا البحث أن أتناول جزئية مهمة من كليات النحو العربي، هذه الجزئية هي ضابط (البناء على الشائع الكثير) الذي جعل النحاة وجوده شرطا للجواز والقياس، وعدمه سببا في الرد والشذوذ، أو الضعف والترك، فحاولت تتبع إجراء هذا الضابط في عمل النحاة، فتبين لي أن خللا أصاب تطبيق هذا الضابط حال تنزيله على القواعد، وأن النحاة لم يلزموا أنفسهم به في جميع عملهم، وإن تشددوا في تطبيقه حال الخلاف، ورد حجج المخالفين من النحاة.
