هذا بحث في بعض الضوابط الفقهية المتعلقة بالإقرار واليمين مستنبطة من كتب المذاهب الإسلامية المتبوعة، الحنفي، والمالكي، والشافعي، والحنبلي، تناولت فيه دراسة هذه الضوابط وما يتخرج عليها من الفروع. وكان جُلُّ اهتمامي أن أشرح الضابط مبينا شرح المفردات لكل ضابط مع بيان تأصيله من الكتاب والسُّنَّة والأدلة الأخرى، موثقًا كل ضابط من المصادر الأصلية في كل مذهب. وقد سلكت النمط الوسط من غير اختصار مخل أو تطويل ممل. والله أسأل أن يجعل عملي خالصا لوجهه الكريم، إنه هو السميع العليم.
