يكشف هذا البحث عن أقسام المقاصد الشرعية عند أحد علماء المقاصد المعاصرين، وهو الشيخ عبد الله بن بيه حفظه الله تعالى، صاحب المؤلفات المعاصرة المتنوعة، لا سيما في المقاصد الشرعية وأصول الفقه. وذكر البحث بداية التعريف بالشيخ عبد الله بن بيه، وأهم مؤلفاته في علم المقاصد، كما بين حقيقة المقاصد الشرعية وأقسامها عند الشيخ ابن بيه، فذكرت أولا تعريف المقاصد الشرعية عند الشيخ ابن بيه، ثانيا أقسام المقاصد والإضافات التي أتى بها الشيخ ابن بيه.
