Overview
تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى دراسة تسوية نزاعات الشغل الفردية الناشئة بين المشغل والأجير عن طريق آلية الصلح التمهيدي في القانون الاجتماعي المغربي، بوصفه إحدى الوسائل البديلة والودية التي يمكن من خلالها لطرفيها حل نزاعهم دون حاجة إلى اللجوء للقضاء، وذلك عبر التطرق للأحكام العامة المنظمة لهذه الآلية، وكيفية تطبيقها والأثار القانونية الناتجة عنها.
