Overview
انتهت الحرب العالمية الثانية بانتصار بريطانيا وحلفائها، ونتج عن ذلك وقوع ليبيا تحت وصاية بريطانيا، بهدف إنقاذها وحمايتها حسب زعمهم، بينما كانت الحقيقة أنه مرحلة احتلال جديدة، تمثلت في عهد الإدارة العسكرية البريطانية، الذي استمر عند عام 1949م، فكانت بريطانيا هي التي تدير البلاد، التي كانت مقسمة إلى ثلاثة أقاليم. هذا المقال يتحدث عن الوضع الإداري والقضائي في إقليم برقة، أثناء عهد الإدارة العسكرية البريطانية.
