Overview
مع اشتداد الحرب الدولية على التنظيمات الجهادية منذ بداية الألفية الثانية، شاعت مقولة «لا يفتي قاعد لمجاهد»، حتى أضحت ناظمة لعلاقة المجاهدين بالعلماء وإطارا مرجعيًا للممارسة الفقهية في ميادين القتال. ورغم أن المقولة بدعة مستحدثة، لم يقل بها أحد من أهل العلم ولم ترد في أي من المباحث الفقهية وليست قاعدة أصولية، فهي راجت بفعل تأثير مشاعر الضعف التي انتابت النخب الإسلامية والأوساط الشعبية عمومًا من جراء تراكم المحن وتوالي الهزائم. تحاول في هذه الدراسة الإحاطة بهذه المقولة بالحفر في أصولها الأيديولوجية ومسار اختراقها للأوساط السلفية ثم حالات توظيفها وتداعياتها على مستوى جدل العلم والعمل في منظومة السلفية الجهادية.
