Overview
تهتم العلوم الإنسانية بالعواطف والأحاسيس في الخطابات بصفة عامة لما لها من أهمية قصوى في التواصل، الأمر الذي أكدته الدراسات البلاغية، الأدبية واللسانية حيث بدأ الاهتمام بدراسة هذا الجانب منذ سنوات، مع أن أهمية استخدام وإدارة العواطف في الخطابات يعود إلى أبعد من ذلك حيث يعود إلى التصوّر الذي وجد منذ العصور اليونانية القديمة، إذ أطلق عليه أرسطو ما يسمى بالباتوس واعتبره خطاب حدث، واعتبره إحدى تقنيات الحجاج التي تهدف إلى إحداث الإقناع وهذا عن طريق التأثير في المتلقي.
