Overview
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل الإصلاحات القانونية الجديدة التي طالت المجلس الوطني للصحافة في المغرب، وذلك من خلال دراسة نقدية تستند إلى مقاربة ديمقراطية تُراعي مبدأ التنظيم الذاتي وحرية الصحافة. ينطلق البحث من مقارنة مرجعية بالتجارب الدولية الناجحة في تنظيم مهنة الصحافة، مستعرضًا نماذج متنوعة من حيث الهيكلة والصلاحيات ومدى الاستقلالية. كما يخصص محورًا تحليليا للقانون الجديد المنظم للمجلس، من حيث تركيبته وصلاحياته وآليات عمله، مع إبراز نقاط القوة والقصور فيه. ويختتم البحث بمناقشة رهانات التحول الديمقراطي التي يطرحها الإصلاح، وآفاق تطوير المجلس الوطني للصحافة ليكون فاعلا حقيقيًا في تعزيز حرية الإعلام وضمان أخلاقيات المهنة.
