تناول هذا البحث مسألة من مسائل زكاة المال، وهي زكاة المواد الخام الأولية التي تستعمل في صناعة وإنتاج مواد أخرى، وهذا النوع من الزكاة يندرج تحت زكاة عروض التجارة، وهذه المسألة قد يخفى على بعض التجار بعض الجوانب الدقيقة منها، وما الذي يجب زكاته منها وما لا يجب، وكيفية تقويم ذلك، وما الذي يجب إخراجه بعد تحقق وجوب الزكاة فيها، وقد بينت أنواع هذه العروض وحكمها، وأن الواجب زكاتها كلها بأنواعها مما كان معداً للتجارة به، وغير ذلك من المسائل الواردة في هذا البحث.
