يهدف البحث إلى إدراج بحث المعاملات المالية ضمن القواعد الأصولية وضوابط المعاملات المالية من جهة، وإعطاء الأولوية للمقارنة بين الأصول والضوابط العلمية من جهة أخرى، إضافة لتقريب الاستنباط وإلحاق الفروع والمسائل المستجدة... وإذا كان المذهب المالكي يعتبر أجود المذاهب أصولا وضوابط، أفلا يكون أحقها بأولوية البحث والترجيح بين الأصول والضوابط والمذاهب، فقد قال ابن تيمية: \"فأصول مالك في البيوع أجود من أصول غيره فإنه أخذ ذلك من سعيد بن المسيب الذي كان يقال هو أفقه الناس في البيوع\".
