Overview
تعالج هذه الدراسة إشكالية تتعلق باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال الاجتهاد وإصـدار الفتوى في فقه المعاملات، وقد تعرض الباحث من خلالها للآثار المترتبة على توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في المجالات المذكورة، بعد أن وقف علـى تـحـديـد الـمـفـاهـيـم الأساسية للعنوان، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لا مانع من استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في تلك المجالات وفق ضوابط معينة، كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستفادة من المزايا التي يوفرها الذكاء الاصطناعي، هذا مع ضرورة الاهتمام بتذليل الصعوب التي تعترض توظيفه في الجوانب الشرعية.
