Overview
يهدف البحث إلى تحديد طبيعة العلاقة والتأثير بين التبصر الاستراتيجي والاستدامة التنظيمية في مشروع ديزلات كهرباء- حديثة، إذ أن المنهج الذي تم اعتماده هو المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمد البحث على الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات والمعلومات ميدانيا، إذ تم اختيار عينة عشوائية والبالغ عددها (70) فردا من المسؤولين في مشروع ديزلات حديثة، وقد اعتمد على تحليل الجانب الميداني للبحث من خلال الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS & AMOS)، كما وقد تم اختبار عدد من الفرضيات المتعلقة بعلاقات الارتباط والتأثير بين متغيرات الرئيسة للبحث، وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها امتلاك المنظمة المبحوثة بمستوى جيد لمتغيرات البحث، مع وجود تأثير للتبصر الاستراتيجي في الاستدامة التنظيمية لدى المنظمة المبحوثة.
