Overview
اتجهت التشريعات الحديثة إلى العمل على توحيد مسؤولية المنتج عن منتجاته المعيبة. وجاء ذلك تتويجا لاندماج أفكار جديدة فرضها حجم الخطر الإنتاجي والمهني المتنامي في المجتمع، وتميز السلع والمنتجات بطابع التعقيد. مما نتج عنها تحولات معتبرة في قواعد المسؤولية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، قصور القواعد التقليدية للمسؤولية في جبر الضرر الذي لحق المضرورين.
