هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تأثير الذكاء الاستراتيجي على متطلبات بناء المنظمة الذكية بوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية. وقد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة أثر الذكاء الاستراتيجي كمتغيرين مستقل على بناء المنظمة الذكية كمتغير تابع، وذلك لمناسبته لأهداف الدراسة، ويتضمن مجتمع الدراسة جميع العاملين بوزارة الموارد البشرية للتنمية الاجتماعية ويقدر عددهم ١٥٤٨٠- وبلغ حجم العينة ۳۷۰ مفردة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية الأبعاد الذكاء الاستراتيجي (استشراق المستقبل، التفكير بمنطق النظم، دوافع الانجاز، الشراكة) على بناء المنظمة الذكية في وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية.
