Overview
As it has mentioned the punishment of prison which brought by the Islamic religion is practiced as well as other punishments egually and distinctively. It has organized within a human-right framework such as providing the prisoners with drinking and food in addition to the necessary needs directly or through the guards and judgements, these treatments reflect the greatness of the Islamic nation and the progress of its culture. The Islamic religion never in tends to in sull a man dignity by putting the law of punishment. Never-theless . AL Mighty Alah rewards man with the mind and the will. Also Heguides man to the right and warns from the evil behavior. All the scholars agreed that the prison is a holy punish ment and it has mentioned in the holy Quran and sunna s book by the prophet(may peace be upon him).This punishments aim is to reform man and society. May A1 Mighty Allah accept this effort and His prayers be upon our prophet.
