أتفق مع من ذهب إلى أن مسألة الحقوق السياسية للمرأة أمر مقرر في الإسلام وإذا كانت مسألة إمامة المرأة أو رئاستها للدولة الإسلامية موضع خلال طويل فإن بقية الحقوق السياسية كحق الانتخاب وحق الاستفتاء وحق الترشيح لعضوية مجلس الشورى والشعب أمر جائز، بل هو يدخل في باب الواجب الكفائي لأنه من باب الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر.
