حاول هذا المقال معالجة مفهوم الفساد في علاقته بالنمو وفعالية النظام الاقتصادي كمدخل للموضوع، ويتضح جليا عمق الأبعاد التي يكتسبها ويكون من المناسب التنويه بالمبادرات الدولية لمحاصرة هذه الظاهرة ومعالجتها في بيئتها الطبيعية دون الحاجة إلى ملاحقتها في الدوائر الخارجية، ويكون من الواجب إذن حفز المنظمات غير الحكومية على إثارة هذا الموضوع وإطلاق حوار بناء حوله.
