Overview
تتناول هذه الدراسة مسار العلاقات العراقية- الأردنية عبر مراحلها التاريخية وخاصة في فترة التسعينات من القرن المنصرم ومرحلة موضوع الدراسة، كانت السمة البارزة على تلك العلاقات هو التباين في مستواها، غير إن التقارب كانت السمة الأبرز في تلك العلاقات التي تطورت بشكل واضح في أعقاب الاحتلال الأمريكي للعراق 2003، والذي وضع العلاقات العراقية- الأردنية على مسارات جديدة تهدف إلى الوصول إلى علاقات متطورة يعكس رغبة الطرفين الاستمرار في الاحترام والتعاون والمحافظة على الاستقرار لكي تساهم هذه المصالح في تشكيل العمق الاستراتيجي لكلا البلدين الجارين.
