Overview
تحاول الدراسة التعرف على جودة خدمة الإعارة بإحدى المكتبات الجامعية الليبية من خلال التعرض إلى محورين هامين أولهما يتمثل في قياس اتجاهات المستفيدين نحو سياسات الإعارة المختلفة ثانيهما يتناول تحليلا لسجلات الإعارة الخاصة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس وطلاب الدراسات العليا بغرض تقييم فعالية المجموعات المقتناة داخل المكتبة محل الدراسة.
