يكشف هذا البحـث عـن ظـاهرة جـديرة للوقـوف عنـدها والتـأني فـي دراستها وتحليلها، وهي ميل الكتاب الفـاطميين إلـى التقريـب بـين فنـي الـشعر والنثر، والمداخلة بينهما، وبيان مدى تـأثير محفوظـاتهم الأدبيـة - شـعرا ونثـرا- في نشأة هذه الظاهرة، لـذلك سـينهض البحـث بالكـشف عـن ثلاثـة أمـور رئيسة، أولهـا: تحديـد المـصطلح وبـدايات التـداخل وبـواكير هـذه البـدايات، وثانيها: بيان أنماط التداخل بين القـصيدة والرسـالة عنـد هـؤلاء الكتـاب، أمـا الأمر الثالث فيتمثل في موضوعات التداخل بين القـصيدة والرسـالة عنـد الكتـاب الفاطميين
