Overview
يمكن القول أن التعلم الالكتروني يمكن أن يوفر بيئة تعلم أكثر تركيزا وشمولا، وتتضمن كل هذه الصفات، ويتوقع المرء عندها أن يتحسن أداء الطالب، ولا يغيب عن ذهنه أن المعلم الناجح هو أيضا مصدر التعلم الأمثل، وعلاقة ذلك بالطالب والموضوع، مع توافر عنصر أساسي هو الحافز. والمهم أن التعلم الالكتروني حقق ما لم يسبق تحقيقه من قبل بوضعها التعليم والموارد التعليمية في متناول طلاب كانوا -لولا ذلك- سيحرمون منها بسبب بعد المسافة أو الإعاقة أو العوائق الزمنية أو عدم إمكانية الحصول عليها.
