Overview
يرمي هذا المقال إلى مناقشة جدلية مركزية الدولة كفاعل أساسي في السياسية الدولية، على ضوء التحولات الدولية التي أعقبت نهاية الحرب الباردة، وتداعيات العولمة التي أفرزت معطيات جديدة تحدت المكانة التقليدية للدولة ،وجعلت سيادتها محل تساؤل. ويخلص المقال إلى أنه على الرغم من تراجع مركزية دور ومكانة الدولة، إلا أن احتمالات تخليها أو تجريدها من هذه المكانة تبدو غير منطقية، في ظل بروز مستمر لعوامل تعزز هذه المكانة وتضمن للدولة مركزيتها كفاعل محوري في العلاقات الدولية.
