Overview
تشكيل البيئة فى عصرنا الحالى محور اهتمام جميع الدول والهيئات والمنظمات، خصوصاً بعدما باتت تعانيه من مشاكل تتعلق بالمخلفات الصناعية وتأثيراتها وكذلك من حيث استخدام الموارد. وعليه بتناول هذا المقال دراسة المشكلة البيئية المتمثلة فى التلوث من وجهة نظر اقتصادية والأساليب المختلفة للتحكم فيها مع الإشارة الى مظاهر التلوث فى الجزائر، ليختم بالتطرق إلى ما قامت به الجزائر من مجهودات فى هذا الصدد فى إطار الإستراتيجية للبيئة (2001-2011).
