Overview
تهدف هذه الدراسة التي تتناول سبخات الساحل الشمالي من دولة الكويت إلى تحقيق الآتي: 1- رسم خريطة حديثة للسبخات لاسيما وأن بعضها غير موقع على الخرائط الطبوغرافية أو اختفى البعض الآخر بسبب الامتداد العمراني. 2- تحليل التوزيع الجغرافي للسبخات وتصنيفها وبيان خصائصها المورفولوجية. 3- محاولة تفسير نشأة السبخات ومراحل تطورها. 4- التعرف على الخصائص الطبيعية والمعدنية لرواسب السبخات وكذلك الخصائص الكيميائية لمياهها.
