Overview
يمثل الاعتماد المدرسي حجر الزاوية في الوقوف على كفاءة المؤسسات التعليمية وضمان جودة مخرجاتها، ومن أجل تحقيق الاعتماد المدرسي لابد من التقويم وضمان الجودة على شكل إجراءات وأنظمة، ومن ثم جودة تتحقق، وهذا بدوره يقود إلى الاعتماد. وقد بذلت كثير من الدول جهوداً في هذا المجال، كما في أمريكا، وسنغافورا، وجنوب أفريقيا، وطورت نماذج للاعتماد المدرسي أسفرت عن تغيير في مخرجات هذه الأوطان المدرسية. وتتضمن هذه الدراسة نموذجاً مقترحاً للاعتماد المدرسي في المملكة.
