ظهر في العصر الحاضر نمط جديد من المؤثرات الصوتية، هي في الصوت شبيهة بالموسيقى إلى حد المماثلة أحيانًا، لكنها تصدر دون استخدام آلات الموسيقى المعروفة، وقد وقع في الخلاف بين فقهاء العصر في حكمها، بين قائل بجوازها نظرًا إلى مصدر الصوت، واستصحابًا للأصل في الأشياء، وقائل يمنعها نظرًا للصوت الناتج، وإلحاقًا بالموسيقى والمعازف، وفي هذه الدراسة تحرير لأدلة القولين ومناقشتها بحثًا عن القول الأرجح منهما.
