Overview
تلعب الانفعالات دورا هاما في صحتنا النفسية والجسدية؛ ويشير مصطلح التكتم alexithymiaإلى العجز عن إدراك الانفعالات وتمييزها عن الإحساسات الجسدية أو التعبير عنها بواسطة اللغة. ومنذ أن نحت Sifneos هذا المصطلح كمقابل معرفي يشمل التفكير العملياتي pensée operatoire كما تراه مدرسة Marty في البسيكوسوماتيك؛ والبحوث جارية لتحديد علاقته بالأمراض النفسية والجسدية. ونحاول في هذا المقال تناول المفهوم وتعريفه وأهم النظريات المفسرة، والإشارة لدوره في الصحة والمرض.
