Overview
نخلص مما سبق من عرض حول الثقافة البيئية وعلاقتها بالتلوث الحضري؛ إلى أن عدم تخطيط الأحياء السكنية، وعدم التحكم في النمو الحضري وتوجيهه بما يخدم الصحة العامة للسكان، وكذا انعدام وجود منظومة ثقافية بيئية تدعم قيم النظافة الحضرية، وتحارب قيم التلوث الحضري؛ أدى إلى ظهور تلوث حضري مس العديد من الأحياء الشعبية بالمدن، وخاصة الأحياء غير المخططة، والأحياء القديمة؛ وبهذا نصل إلى أن مكونات الثقافة البيئية الضعيفة في المدينة الجزائرية تؤدي لا محالة إلى التلوث البيئي وما ينجر عنه من مشكلات اجتماعية وصحية تهدد استقرار المجتمع الجزائري.
