Overview
إن البحث يدور حول نقطة جوهرية هي المرونة في النظام الاقتصادي المعتمد كإطار تنظيمي للعمليات الاقتصادية، إذ أن كفاءة الإطار الذي تتم في إطاره إدارة النشاط الاقتصادي لها أهمية حاسمة في رفع كفاءة الأداء ورفع المعنويات، وهذا ما تمت ملاحظته في تجربة الصين في هذا المجال. إذ استطاعت أن تحقق التوازن بين الزارعة والصناعة وتنمية الصناعات الثقيلة من دون إهمال الصناعات الخفيفة وأيضا انتهجت الموازنة بين ملكية أرس المال الخاص وأرس المال ألعام والمزج الأمثل بين التوجه الاشتراكي واقتصاد السوق وهذه هي معادلة النظام الاقتصادي المختلط موضوع البحث.
