Overview
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة متطلبات تطوير الإطار المحاسبي الحالي الذي يركز على مجوعة حسابات الخزينة، بالرغم من تبني مخطط محاسبي للدولة يقترب في إطاره التصوري من المحاسبة المتعلقة بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية، والذي يمتاز بتبني الانتقال من محاسبة الصندوق إلى محاسبة ذمة الدولة، والأخذ بعين الاعتبار الحقوق المثبتة، إلا أن هذا النظام لم يستمر تطبيقه طويلا، بالرغم من الايجابيات التي يحققها إلا أنه أصبح عاجزا عن مواكبة التطورات الدولية والتي تتطلب تهيئة المناخ المناسب الذي يسمح بتبني نظام محاسبي يستجيب و يتوافق مع معايير المحاسبة العمومية الدولية.
