Overview
يهدف البحث إلى تقييم الأداء في المكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية وفقا للمواصفة الدولية لمعيار ISO برقم 11620 الخاصة بتقييم الأداء في المكتبات الجامعية. لقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي (التحليلي) ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث وجود انخفاض في مستوى تقييم الأداء العام للمكتبة موضوع الدراسة بشكل عام مقارنة مع متطلبات أو مؤشرات المواصفة الدولية ISO برقم 11620 . وقد خرج البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات، أهمها إمكانية استخدام المقارنة الدورية مع المكتبات المماثلة الجزائرية والدولية لمعرفة مدى التقدم والتحسن في برامج الجودة قياسا بتلك المكتبات وتطبيق المعايير الخاصة بتقييم الأداء على مستوى المكتبة والعاملين.
