Overview
تختلف الجريمة العسكرية عن باقي جرائم القانون العام الأخرى ولهذا نجد أن أغلب الفقهاء والباحثين لم يتفقوا في إعطاء تعريف شامل وموحد للجريمة العسكرية فكل ووجهته، ولهذا سنحاول في هذه الدراسة تبيان أسس تعريف الجريمة العسكرية من أجل معرفة الفرق بينها وبين باقي الجرائم الأخرى ومن ثم سنتطرق إلى أركان الجريمة العسكرية من ركن الشرعية إلى الركن المادي وأخيرا الركن المعنوي.
