Overview
يكتسب مفهوم تمويل عمل المؤسسات الثقافية أهمية حيوية: لأنه يفتح آفاقا كبيرة لتنمية الثقافة. وعلى كل المؤسسات الثقافية أن تراعي عدداً من الشروط لتحقيق هذا الهدف، وذلك بتخفيض المصاريف من ناحية.. وزيادة الدخل من ناحية أخرى، عن طريق الإدارة الفعالة التي تحقق التوازن بين المصروفات والإيرادات. من جانب آخر، فإن أمام المؤسسات الثقافية معادلة صعبة؛ فالإحجام عن الإنفاق على أنشطتها اللازمة بسبب قلة مواردها يوازيها مشكل في عملها؛ ومن المهم أن تتضافر جهود المؤسسات الثقافية للتوصل للنسبة المعقولة للمصاريف الإدارية.
