Overview
يدور البحث حول بيان مفهوم الاستثمار وبيان حكمه من منظور شرعي والأدلة على ذلك، ثم يتعرض بعد ذلك إلى بيان أهم الضوابط التي تضعها الشريعة لاستثمار الأموال سواء الوجدانية أو الأخلاقية أو الاجتماعية والاقتصادية مع ذكر ما يؤيد كل ضابط من الأدلة، كما ويبرز البحث أهم الآثار المترتبة على الالتزام بهذه الضوابط من قبل المستثمرين، أو تلك المترتبة على ترك هذه الضوابط. وينتهي البحث بتسجيل أهم النتائج والتوصيات سواء أو تلك المتعلقة بالمستثمرين أنفسهم أو بالمؤسسات أنفسهم التي ترعى الاستثمار وتوجهه.
