استعرضت الورقة كلمة الأستاذ الدكتور زيد إبراهيم العساف مدير المركز العربي للتعريب والترجمة والتأليف والنشر. وقد أوضح خلال كلمته أن مؤتمرات وندوات تعقد هذه الأيام مخصصة للغة العربية، وتتكرس وتتزاحم لها توثيقا، وتشترك جميعها في حمل لواء واحد هو تأكيد أهمية اللغة العربية، وفي إثبات ما لا يحتاج لإثبات ضرورة تعزيز استخدام اللغة الأم في مجالات الحياة كافة، في التعليم بمراحله المختلفة، وفي الإعلام والإعلان والاقتصاد والبحث العلمي. وختاما فقد تصدت المنظمة العربية للتربية والثقافة والعلوم لتحقيقه، فهو مشروع متكامل يعالج مختلف المعوقات ويقترح السبل لمعالجتها، فالتشتت دائما يبدد الجهود وينثرها في الهواء، ولن يعطي نتائج مفيدة، ولكن تضافر الجهود وحشد الإمكانات سيفضيان إلى حصد ثمار رائعة أولها، ولن يكون آخرها، إعلاء شأن اللغة العربية. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل المنظومة 2022\"
