Overview
تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة رضا الطلبة عن الدراسة والتخصص في قسم المكتبات والمعلومات بجامعة عين شمس، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تطبيق استبيان على عدد (١٧٣) طالب وطالبة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الشعور بالرضا الدراسي يؤدي إلى ارتفاع مستوي الدافعية والإنجاز لدي الطلبة وتقبلهم لذاتهم ومن ثم يساعدهم على تحقيق أهدافهم وطموحاتهم، وتجنب روح اللامبالاة والسلبية والإحباط تجاه الدراسة والتخصص في قسم المكتبات والمعلومات.
