Overview
المقصود بالوقف: تحبيس الأصل وتسبيل المنفعة، وقد شرعه الإسلام وندب إليه، وذلك أن توظيف أدوات الإنتاج (ونعني بها كل شيء يساهم في العملية الإنتاجية) باتجاه الوقف يعمل على تحقيق مقاصد الشريعة ولاسيما في إطار حفظ المال، وتترتب عليه جملة من الآثار الاقتصادية تنعكس على أفراد المجتمع إيجابا، ومن أهم هذه الآثار: أثره من أجل الحصول على الأجور والأرباح وإعادة توزيع الدخل (فيما يتعلق بالفئة المستفيدة) وكذلك إشباع الحاجات وتحقيق حد الكفاية وزيادة استغلال الموارد وتخصيصها وحماية العنصر البشري والمساهمة في نجاح التنمية الاقتصادية بشكل عام والتنمية المستدامة بشكل خاص، ثم الوصول لأهم أهداف التخطيط المالي الإسلامي وإدارته بشكل كفوء.
