Overview
The water variable has become one of the most important variables that influence the contemporary international political interactions, it has also become one of the key factors that threaten the regional cooperation among riparian states, and threaten \"national security\" of the countries and communities. This study depends on the \"futures wheel\" to identify and analyze the initial effects, and secondary and thirdly effects resulting from a number of variables that experts imagine that they can offer the opportunity for conflict (or) cooperation on water in river basins in the Middle East in general and in the Nile river basin particular. In contrast, cooperation on water in the Nile basin scenarios will be increased in light of a number of variables , including : the establishment of a collective developmental projects, and the revival and activation of the Nile basin initiative (NBI), and the launch and activation of \"water diplomacy\" between Egypt and the Nile basin countries, and activation the \"public diplomacy\".
