استعرض هذا البحث وسائل تفريد التدابير الإصلاحية للأحداث الجانحين، والمتمثلة بالتحقيق الاجتماعي، والفحوص الصحية والنفسية والعقلية للحدث الجانح، والوضع تحت نظام الحرية المراقبة للملاحظة. وخلص البحث إلى تأكيد أن الحلول المعتمدة في قانون الأحداث السوري الحالي مفيدة جدا، لكنها تحتاج إلى تطوير وتفعيل على صعيد التطبيق العلمي، وذلك بما يتلاءم والسياسة الجزائية المعاصرة المتعلقة بالطفولة الجانحة.
